MANUFACTURE OF ALUMINIUM INJECTION MOULDS
In our Technical Office, we value the crucial importance of the design of a mould in order to guarantee a satisfactory production of the parts. We apply our “Know How” accumulated over the years to obtain optimum designs and specifications for each mould. We carry out filling simulations prior to mould manufacture, making sure to verify the validity of the casting system. We observe data such as filling, temperature and speed evolution to guarantee the quality of the final product.
In addition, at Delta Valencia, we have our own mould warehouse and tooling workshop. This allows us to offer a complete service, guaranteeing the correct storage and maintenance of each of the production means owned by our customers.
